Challenges

The major challenge that we faced during this project was getting everyone to come together. We had to find a date to go to the bank all together but sadly when we went one of our team members couldn't make it. When we got to the bank, there was another problem that came across our path. When we were done with our interview, we were not allowed to take pictures inside, so the person that we interviewed-Troy- gave us his card and we just took pictures outside the bank. Another major challenge we faced was uploading on the blog. Some of us didn't have the time to do so or we just couldn't think of what to upload.

I believe one of the major challenges of this project was trying to get to the bank and build some nerve together to ask our questions to our interviewee. I believe all of us were at least a little nervous to be sitting in the bank and asking our questions. Another challenge of ours was trying to get everyone's schedules to align for a chance for all of us to go to the bank, that wasn't actually accomplished because one of our members wasn't able to attend, but it was still a challenge trying to figure out a way for everyone else to get to the bank. Other challenges would include not knowing what to upload to the blog, and not being allowed to take pictures inside the bank. I think a learning experience we had together was learning how to work as a team and assigning jobs as to who does what and being able to communicate effectively to get this project done.

A challenge of this project was trying to find complete answers to our questions through the interview process. The interview was also very hard to schedule because of the work schedule of the employees. Finding information about Wells Fargo was a minimal challenge because of how big a corporation it has become. Also there was a privacy issue with not being able to take pictures inside the bank.

Our project had minimal complications to overcome. A few challenges that we did have was picking a specific date that suited both the bank and all of our team members. We ended up only being able to interview one executive given the specific day at the bank and how busy it was. Luckily, most of our questions were general so the answers to most of the questions would have a lot of the same responses. Only one of our group members was not able to attend the meeting at the bank which was only a minimal challenge. Overall, our trip to the bank was quite successful.

I feel that when we started the project it was a little scattered due to poor planning but once we had the interview scheduled and everything had been resolved the project really fell into place. There were very challenges for us to overcome and then ones that we did encounter were minimal and easily dealt with. These include small things like one of the members not being able to make it to the interview and some issues with NAF. Overall the project was a success and I would be more than happy to work with this group again.

Throughout the process of creating this project I feel there weren't many large complications. The ones we did have though we got through it together as a team. I feel like the biggest issue was trying to first start the project, because we didn't really know where to start. When we were told what we had to do for this project the only thing we had was the questions. To actually get the project started we had to go interview the bank first. Without having went to the bank we couldn't put any information together.  So I would say scheduling the appointment and making sure everyone could make it was a challenge. The challenges weren't to difficult and I feel we got through them well, and everything turned out as it was supposed. I'm happy that I got to work with everybody!
