Going to the Bank

The Experience:

We all had a great learning experience when we went to Wells Fargo. Almost all of our group members were able to attend which made it even better. We arrived at Wells Fargo a few minutes early, so we were able to see all the daily chaos of operating a bank. It was interesting to see all of the stuff we had learned through our finance classes finally come alive.  We also got an idea of what positions are needed to run a bank. We then talked to Troy, the branch manager, and he was able to answer all of our project questions. We each asked two questions, for a total of ten. He was really impressed with all the questions that we asked and even wanted us to ask him more so that he didn't have to deal with all of the bank's drama. We intended in asking three of the executives, but we only ended up asking Troy due to all the chaos that was happening on that specific day.
