- The basic requirement for a bank teller and/or branch manager is primarily customer service.
- Wells Fargo makes sure that each customer leaves the building with the best customer service possible.

- What are the duties, work hours, and pay for each position?
- Teller's except deposits, cash checks, and provide costumer service. They can work part time or full time, and they make $11.50 an hour.

- Starting off as a teller, Troy was promoted to manager within a few years of his employment. Since the bank provided him basic training and even some advanced stuff for free and him getting a college degree didn't hurt either.

- Code of ethics are very important and include:
- Fitting the needs of the customer no matter what, even if you do not get a sale for that day

- There is an ethics hotline for employees to call if they have any problems with other coworkers during the day
- What are some daily problems that may occur?
- The main problem that may occur within the bank is customer service related issues. A lot of the bank's duties are hands on which makes all of the problems customer related.
- There is a written set of guidelines that helps the tellers to avoid those problematic situations.
- What education/degree is needed for the job?
- You can get a job at a bank with just a high school diploma. If one does get a degree in college it could make you look better. Although education is a big part, banks mainly look at experience.
- Describe a typical day for an employee.
- The manager gets there at 8 a.m.
- The other workers get there at 8:30 a.m and they have a meeting
- In the meeting they talk about their goals for the day
- Their goals would include:
- Opening at least 9 checking accounts a day
- Making 42 solutions a day
- Make $2500 a day from opening new products and selling services
- The meeting takes about 20 minutes then they open at 9 a.m.
